How this works
1. Subscribe monthly
Your monthly payment maintains active access to the service and reserves your place in our observation system.
2. Receive your baseline reporting promise
While active, your property is guaranteed at least one completed observation report within every 30 day period.
3. Upgrade when you need more visibility
If you want more frequent reporting, you can request one-time additional visits based on timing, urgency, and available capacity.

Higher-frequency reporting is available
Some properties need more than the baseline reporting interval. Active subscribers may request additional one-time visits to increase observation frequency.
These upgrades are priced separately and prices may fluctuate based on demand because faster timing and additional visits require additional observer time and scheduling capacity.
