Do you go inside the property?

Only if access is clearly provided and appropriate.

Most observations are conducted from the exterior and other accessible areas. Interior access is limited to what is safely accessible and explicitly authorized.

We do not force entry or attempt to access restricted areas.

What exactly do you do during a visit?

We perform a non-invasive observation of the property and document visible conditions.

Each visit includes:

  • A timestamped site visit

  • Photo documentation

  • A neutral summary of conditions

  • Notes on any visible changes since the last visit

We aim to provide high quality data collection consistency over time.

Is this a property inspection?

No.

Sound Stability does not perform inspections, code evaluations, or safety assessments.

We document what is visible—we do not diagnose, certify, or guarantee conditions.

Will you notify me if something is wrong?

We will document any visible changes or concerns in the report.

However:

  • We do not provide alerts, monitoring, or emergency response

  • We do not determine severity or required action

You remain responsible for reviewing reports and deciding how to respond.

How often do you visit the property?

You can choose from a variety of options. We offer a recurring monthly plan and one-time observation reporting. 

Each visit becomes part of an ongoing record of the property.

What if you can’t access the property?

If access is limited or instructions are incomplete:

  • We will document what is accessible

  • The visit will still be considered completed

We do not reschedule visits due to access issues unless otherwise arranged. 

How quickly will I receive my report?

Reports are typically delivered within 24 hours of the visit. 

We strive to complete an observation and delivery your report within the time frame you request. The actual time may vary depending on our observer capacity. In many cases your report will be delivered well in advance.  

Do you provide security or check for trespassers?

No.

This is not a security service. We do not monitor properties in real time or intervene in any situations.

Do you perform repairs or coordinate vendors?

No.

We do not:

  • perform maintenance

  • coordinate repairs

  • manage contractors

This service is strictly observational.

What kind of properties is this for?

This service is best suited for:

  • Vacant buildings

  • Underutilized properties

  • Land-banked or pre-development sites

  • Properties without active operations

It is not ideal for occupied or actively managed properties, but we are happy to observe any property as long as it is safe and appropriate to do so. 

What happens if something urgent comes up?

If a situation requires:

  • immediate attention

  • repairs

  • safety intervention

This service is no longer the appropriate tool.

You should contact the appropriate professionals or emergency services.

Who owns the reports and photos?

Sound Stability (NewBitsNow LLC) maintains ownership of all records.

You receive full rights to use the reports for any property-related purpose.

How do I get started?

Simply select a service and provide:
